This 3 week course is perfect for you if:

• You can't bear the idea of another diet or weight loss attempt in order to reach your goal of getting pregnant
• You are open to the idea that weight loss might not be the answer but you don't know what else to try
• You haven't really started trying to get pregnant because you believe it isn't possible or healthy for you at your weight

Fat folks have been getting pregnant and having boring and ordinary births for centuries. You deserve to have the same. 

Over our three weeks together, we're going to:

• Explore why all the diets you've tried haven't worked in the past so that you can make an informed decision about what health promoting behaviours you want to use to support your health and fertility moving forward
• Uncover what your brain really believes about getting pregnant in a bigger body so that you can actively choose the beliefs that will support you in your goal of getting pregnant

The details:

• The course will run Monday 20th November - Sunday 10th December
• Every Monday to Thursday, there will be a short video to watch and an exercise which will take 5-10 mins. You'll have the weekend to catch up on any activities you missed.
• There will be a pop-up community group where I'll be answering all your questions and supporting you as you work through the course.

NOTE: This course will be running live over 3 weeks. You will have access to the material for the lifetime of the course but the community will only be open for 4 weeks. The course will run again in 2024 but the introductory price is only available for this round.
